Leadership and Management

Anne has delivered leadership and management programmes that run form eight day modular programme to one day courses.  These include the core elements of listening communication, staff motivation and supervision, having challenging conversations and on the job development of staff.

Group /team coaching

This process adds real values to work groups as they learn together from time to time to reflect on the needs of the team or group and of the members. Those within the group or team. Experience shows that this approach to supporting teams and groups produces real dividends in improved working relationships and greater productivity.  It is especially useful to enable the group to identify and address any “uncomfortable” subjects.

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is provided for any person concerning career development. Anne has particular experience of working with those in leadership roles to support them in reflecting on their role and learning from experience.

Career Development 

Anne has a unique approach to this topic. Adults need to review their careers at key development stages. This supports participants to develop their own plan and understand how it needs to be in line with the strategic goals of the organisation.

Facilitation

Group facilitation is provided to support such events as strategic planning, project development, visioning for the future, and reviewing past activities. Equality and Diversity

Anne has provided mainstreaming equality and diversity training and consulting programmes in education settings, relevant both for teachers and adult learners.  This includes policy design and development as well as supporting organisations to research, plan and implement equality and diversity actions.

Anne delivers Respect and Dignity training for staff in employer organisations to understand and learn the skills that enhance and support positive communication behaviours as well as specific training for designated contact persons or confidential listeners.
